Since its founding in 1994 by Jim Rich, the mission of the Jefferson Baroque Orchestra has been to provide the best possible historical performance of Baroque music from different periods and cultures, to the broadest possible audience.
In March of 2024 the JBO board appointed Dr. Abigail Mace as Music Director. We are very excited to have Abigail lead JBO into a bright and creative future.
