Baroque Christmas

Messiah

December 4, 5, 6 and 7

Back by popular demand, JBO presents Handel’s beloved Messiah, led from the harpsichord by JBO’s Music Director Dr. Abigail Mace, a Baroque specialist.

Christmas selections from Messiah, with Baroque orchestra and choir, form the centerpiece of the performance. Plus, Gil Cline on coiled trumpet in C and Tom Dambly on Baroque trumpet in C will solo in Vivaldi’s Concerto for Two Trumpets, RV 537!

At the conclusion of the Messiah, join with the choir in singing the “Hallelujah” chorus — the perfect way to start the Christmas season! Download Hallelujah chorus SATB pdf.
